Notice is hearby given pursuant to Section 311(1) of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, Chapter M-26, that 2017 Assessment Notices for the Town of Turner Valley will be mailed the week beginning March 13, 2017. All Turner Valley property owners are advised that there is a sixty (60) day period from the date of mailing in which to submit a complaint. Any person may review the 2016 Assessment Roll for 2017 Tax in Turner Valley at the municipal office during regular office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
All property owners are deemed to have received their assessment notices as a result of this notification.
Should property owners wish to discuss their assessment, the Assessor will be available at the municipal office on Thursday, March 30 from 12:00pm – 3:00pm. To make an appointment, please contact the municipal office at 403.933.4944.
