Due to a technical glitch, the April 4, the Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) payments were mistakenly withdrawn on March 24. RBC is working to reverse the withdrawals today, but residents may not see the reversal into their accounts for up to three (3) business days, depending on their financial institution.
The Town will take responsibility for any additional fees that have been incurred as a result of the error. If you are affected in this way, please submit proof of fees incurred, and a refund will be issued.
